About us
About Facer Health LLC
Facer Health LLC delivers healthcare education and emergency response training for professionals, workplaces and community groups.
Who we are
Healthcare training built around preparedness, confidence and community
Facer Health LLC is a woman owned CPR and First Aid training organization led by a Doctor of Nursing Practice with extensive clinical experience and a strong commitment to community health.
The organization was founded by a registered nurse who understands the realities of emergency care and the importance of being prepared before an emergency occurs.
People should have access to practical knowledge that can help them respond when someone needs help.

Lifesaving knowledge is not limited to hospitals
Healthcare professionals require specialized training to meet their professional responsibilities. But emergencies happen everywhere people gather.
A parent may need to respond to an emergency involving a child. A church leader may need to respond when a member becomes ill during a service. A teacher may be the first person to recognize an emergency at school. A caregiver may encounter a medical emergency at home. An employee may witness a cardiac arrest at work. A community member may be present when someone suddenly collapses.
In each of these situations, preparation can matter. Facer Health LLC exists to help individuals and organizations become better prepared through professional education and practical skills training.

Our mission
Empowering people to respond when it matters most
Our mission is to provide accessible, professional and practical CPR, First Aid and healthcare training that helps individuals build knowledge, develop skills and gain confidence.
Training should be understandable. It should be practical. It should respect the learner. It should be delivered by qualified instructors. And it should give participants an opportunity to practice the skills they may be expected to use.
Our goal is not simply to help someone complete a training requirement. Our goal is to help build confident responders who understand that their actions can matter during an emergency.

Our story
Our story
Facer Health was founded to make quality emergency response training easier to reach for healthcare workers and the communities they serve.
Emergencies can be unpredictable. People may know that CPR is important, but knowing that CPR matters is different from being prepared to perform it. That difference is one of the reasons Facer Health was created.
The organization began with a commitment to educate and equip individuals with practical skills that can be used during emergencies. Our experience has included training individuals, healthcare workers and small community groups, along with faith based communities who wanted to become better prepared to protect and care for the people they serve.
These experiences reinforce something important. The need for lifesaving education is not limited to one profession, one age group or one type of organization.
Community centered training
Training beyond the classroom
Facer Health LLC believes healthcare education can have a broader community impact.
A trained healthcare professional may use their skills in a clinical environment. A trained church member may respond to an emergency during worship. A trained parent may respond at home. A trained employee may assist a colleague. A trained community member may respond before emergency services arrive.
Every trained person represents another potential prepared responder. That is why we seek opportunities to make training accessible to healthcare organizations, businesses, faith based communities, schools and other groups.

Our experience
A clinical perspective in every class
Our leadership includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice and registered nursing experience. That clinical perspective shapes what we emphasize during instruction, and our goal is to create an environment where participants can learn, practice and ask questions.
- Professional education
- Practical skills
- Clinical relevance
- Clear instruction
- Hands on learning
- Confidence building
- Appropriate assessment
- Professional responsibility
Our approach
Learn. Practice. Respond.
We keep classes small, teach to current guidelines and give every learner enough time on the manikin to leave confident.
01
Learn
Participants need to understand what they are doing and why it matters. Our instructors provide structured education designed to help learners understand relevant emergency response principles.
02
Practice
Knowledge becomes more useful when participants can practice. Hands on instruction provides an opportunity to develop familiarity with relevant techniques and receive instructor feedback.
03
Respond
The ultimate goal of training is preparedness. When an emergency occurs, people need confidence to recognize the situation, respond appropriately and seek additional assistance.
Hands on personalized instruction
Training that meets the learner
Every participant enters training with a different background. A healthcare professional may already have significant clinical experience. A new student may be encountering CPR for the first time. A parent may be interested in learning skills for their family. A church leader may want to prepare volunteers. A business owner may want employees trained.
Facer Health emphasizes hands on and personalized instruction so participants can receive guidance while they practice. Instructors demonstrate techniques, answer questions and provide feedback during training.

Faith based communities
Preparing those who serve others
Faith based organizations are important community spaces. People gather regularly for worship, meetings, programs, youth activities and community events, and an emergency can occur during any of them.
Facer Health LLC recognizes the value of equipping pastors, church leaders, volunteers and congregants with appropriate emergency response education. Our experience training faith based groups reflects our broader belief that lifesaving education should be accessible across communities.
Community impact
Building confident responders
Our goal is not measured only by the number of classes delivered. We want participants to leave training feeling better prepared.
- What they are learning
- Why it matters
- When their skills may be needed
- How to respond appropriately
- Where to seek additional help
- How to continue maintaining their knowledge and certification
How we work
What guides every class we run
Practice over theory
Class time is spent on compressions, airway management and AED use, because that is what gets used in an emergency.
Clear guidance
We help learners identify the exact course their employer, school or licensing body requires before they pay for a seat.
Accurate records
Registrations, attendance and completions are documented so learners and employers can rely on what they receive.
Respectful instruction
Learners arrive with different backgrounds and comfort levels. Instructors coach without pressure or intimidation.
Our commitment
Clear information before you commit
We publish course details, requirements and pricing openly. If a class is not available, we say so rather than filling a calendar with dates that do not exist.
- Professional
- Practical
- Respectful
- Accessible
- Hands on
- Learner focused
- Community minded
Our systems make it easier for students to discover classes, register, manage their training and access certification records, and our organizational training options are designed to help groups develop a more prepared workforce or community.
Serving Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York
Our training reach may vary depending on program availability, instructor availability, class location and organizational requirements. Participants interested in onsite or group training should contact Facer Health for current availability.
