Policies

Our policies, written plainly

These policies explain how reservation, payment, attendance, certification and privacy are handled at Facer Health LLC.

Reservation

How a seat is reserved and confirmed.

A seat is reserved once registration is completed for a published class date. Class sizes are limited so that every learner receives hands-on practice time.

If a class has reached capacity, the request is placed on the waitlist and our team offers the next suitable date when a seat is released.

Cancellation

What happens when a registration is cancelled.

Cancellation requests should be sent as early as possible so the seat can be offered to another learner. Contact us by phone or email to cancel a registration.

When a seat is released, the first learner on the waitlist is offered the place automatically.

If Facer Health cancels a session, affected learners are contacted directly and offered the next available date.

Rescheduling

Moving a registration to another date.

Requests to move to a different class date should be made as early as possible. Contact us by phone or email and we will confirm the new date in writing.

Rescheduling is subject to seat availability on the requested date.

Payment

How course fees and balances are handled.

Course fees are shown on each class before registration is completed. A registration with an outstanding balance stays open until the balance is settled.

Payments recorded by our team, including approved offline payments, are applied to the registration balance and appear in the student portal.

Refunds are recorded against the original payment and are visible in the payment history.

Attendance

Participation required to complete a course.

Learners must attend the full session and complete the required skills demonstration to receive certification.

Skills practice involves kneeling and performing compressions on a manikin. Tell us in advance if an accommodation is needed so the session can be planned.

Late Arrival

Arriving after a session has started.

Sessions begin at the published start time. Arriving late may mean the required content and skills check cannot be completed that day.

Where a session cannot be completed, our team will offer the next available date.

Certification

How certification and records are issued.

Certification is issued after successful completion of the required content and skills check.

Records of registration, attendance and completion are maintained by Facer Health. Certificates are not issued for sessions that were not completed and records are not backdated.

Each certificate carries a unique certificate number and can be checked on the public verification page.

Privacy

How student information is handled.

Information collected during registration is used to deliver training, maintain certification records and communicate about your class. It is not sold.

Student documents and certificates are stored privately and are accessible only to the student and authorized Facer Health staff.

Questions about the information held about you can be sent to our contact address.

Terms

Terms that apply to training and use of this website.

Registering for a class means accepting the reservation, cancellation, payment and attendance policies in force on the date of registration.

Course materials provided during training are for personal learning use.

Facer Health may update these policies. The version published on this page is the version that applies.

Student Conduct

Expected conduct during training.

Learners are expected to take part respectfully and to follow instructor direction during skills practice, which involves shared equipment.

Behaviour that disrupts a session or puts others at risk may end participation in that session.

Equipment must be handled as instructed so it stays safe and usable for every learner.
