Dr. Fatu Yekeh, DNP, RN, is a healthcare executive, consultant, educator, entrepreneur, and community advocate recognized for advancing excellence in nursing leadership, home healthcare, and healthcare operations.

As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Faye Home HealthCare LLC, she leads a compassionate home care organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families through exceptional person-centered care, clinical excellence, and innovative healthcare solutions.

Committed to advancing healthcare education, Dr. Yekeh is an American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certified Instructor, as well as an American Red Cross (ARC) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified Instructor. She is passionate about equipping healthcare professionals, caregivers, businesses, schools, and community members with lifesaving knowledge and emergency preparedness skills that improve patient outcomes and strengthen community resilience.

Dr. Yekeh is equally dedicated to educating and mentoring the next generation of nurses and healthcare leaders through clinical instruction, professional development, and mentorship.

• Her professional experience includes hospital nursing, home health supervision, and executive leadership in developing healthcare policies, regulatory compliance programs, licensing readiness initiatives, quality assurance programs, and operational systems that strengthen healthcare organizations and improve patient outcomes.
• As a trusted healthcare consultant, Dr. Yekeh partners with healthcare organizations, home care agencies, and emerging healthcare leaders to strengthen regulatory compliance, improve quality outcomes, develop evidence-based policies and procedures, prepare organizations for state licensing and accreditation, and establish sustainable clinical operations.
